If the battery has been stored without charge for more than 3 months, the charging time will be 2-3 hours longer than usual, and it is normal for the battery indicator light/power display to show no response during the first 2-3 hours of charging.
Solutions: ① Try charging it for a longer period of time. ② When not in use for long periods, the battery should be fully charged before storage to prevent discharge issue.

1.Use Original or Certified Chargers
Always use the original or proper power adapter(charger) to charge the battery. Ensure that the charging voltage and current match the battery’s rated parameters.
2.Avoid Deep Discharge
During daily use, avoid letting the battery’s remaining power drop below 20%. Never discharge the battery to zero voltage.
3.Prevent Physical Damage and High-Temperature Exposure
Protect the battery from physical damage, such as crushing, puncturing, or dropping.
4.Maintain proper operating and storage temperatures:
Charging and discharging temperature: 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F)
Storage temperature: -20°C to 25°C (-4°F to 77°F)
Avoid direct sunlight, exposure to heat sources (e.g., ovens, heaters), or high-temperature environments.
5.Avoid Long-Term Full Charge Storage
If the battery is not in use for an extended period, store it with 40%-60% charge. Recharge it every 3 months to prevent irreversible damage caused by low voltage.
6.Regularly Inspect the Battery
Periodically check the battery’s condition. If you notice any signs of swelling, sudden capacity drops, or other abnormalities, discontinue use immediately.
7.Do Not Use or Attempt to Repair Damaged Batteries
If the battery is swollen or physically damaged, do not continue using, charging, or attempting to disassemble it.

① Clothes: please follow the size chart to measure dimensions of chest and body for sellecting suitable size.
② Gloves: please follow the size chart to measure dimensions of the palm circumference (four fingers below the joints) + middle finger length for sellecting suitable size.

To help troubleshoot, please follow these steps:

① Make sure the battery is fully charged. Ensure that the cable is properly inserted into the battery interface. You may hear a clicking sound if it is properly inserted.

② Check that the heating switch is turned on. Try adjusting the heating level and see if there’s any difference in the heating performance.

③ Inspect the charging port:
sometimes, foreign objects or dust can block the charging port. We suggest using one of the following methods to clean the charging port:
– Use a hairdryer on the cool setting to help blow out the port.
– Gently brush the port with a soft brush.
– For the charging cable connector, gently wipe the plug with a cotton swab or tissue paper to clean away any possible oxidation before reconnecting it.

Each battery has specific specifications:
5V clothes–can be used with most power banks on the market
12V clothes–35135 specification DC interface,
12V output
7.4V gloves–35135 specification DC interface, 7.4V output

There may be an APP failure. If the item can be controlled by the battery switch, we first suggest that you use battery button control, and send us a video of the automatically heating issue.

The perception of warmth can be influenced by several factors, including environmental temperature, humidity, and wind speed during usage. Additionally, our heated clothes utilize carbon fiber heating elements, which can sometimes result in variations in temperature measurements.

It’s necessary to note that household thermometers and infrared imaging devices are non-contact thermometers, and their readings may not always be as accurate. In contrast, our laboratory testing employs K-type thermocouple temperature testers, which are contact thermometers and provide more precise measurements.

We also want to inform you that our 12V products generally provide better overall heating performance compared to our 5V products. If you find that the heating temperature of the 5V heated clothes is insufficient for your needs, we suggest you consider our 12V heated clothes for enhanced warmth.

For products that can select heating areas, please check whether you have pressed the correct button to select heating. If the correct area is selected but the corresponding area still cannot be heated, please provide a video to demonstrate the operation and issue directly.

To operate your heated vest, please follow these steps:
① After connecting the vest to the battery, simply press the button once to turn it on and then select the front and back areas as well as the heating level you would like.
② To turn off the light, just press the button again after the setting is done.

Please note it will automatically shut down after the vest/pants/hoodie is taken off for over 5-10 minutes. This is a normal phenomenon as the hoodie supports the power-saving function.

① Connect the battery to the heated clothes, the button lights up red-white-blue in sequence and then turns off automatically; long press the button for 3S, the red light flashes, and enters the preheating state. If there is no operation within 5 minutes, the button will automatically light up white. Press the button in sequence, and the button will light up blue, red, and white in sequence.
② Long press the button for 3s to turn off.

① The middle button controls the lighting, which can normally control the on and off of the button light.
② Long press the left and right buttons to turn the item on and off normally. When turning it on, short press to turn to high, medium and low heating modes. The corresponding colors are red, blue and green.
