The rod clamp parts are sliding on the rod, what should be done?
For the rod clamp part sliding issue, it is common issue for installation on pro-fit bar. We suggest you add an extra anti-slip rubber pad to increase the friction. The anti-slip rubber pad could be purchased in local store easily.
How to clean dust on the windshield?
Use a microfiber or non-woven cloth to gently wipe the windshield surface to remove dust. Please refer to the video attached.
How to Clean PC Windshield?
1. Use a dry cloth to remove dust.
2. Wipe the surface gently with a dampened cleaning cloth. For stubborn stains, briefly soak the affected area.
3. Immediately dry the surface with a dry cloth to prevent water residue.
How to Choose Cleaning Tools?
Use a microfiber or non-woven cloth to avoid scratches and a neutral cleaner like water or a specialized PC cleaner. Do not use cleaners with corrosive chemical ingredients like alcohol, acetone, or gasoline to prevent swelling or discoloration.
How to resolve the issues? The windshield is difficult to close or the edges of the windshield bow up when closing it.
