Fits a spare battery with a length of 44 cm?
Please note that the bag cannot accommodate a 44CM long battery.
Our bag is only 38CM long and therefore too short.
Could it fit with rack that does not have front and rear round tubes?
No, it could not fit with rack that does not have front and rear round tubes or rack that is one-piece and no hole on it.
Are the straps on the back?
There are 2 installation straps on the front bottom and 2 straps on the sides of the bag.
