Why does the soundbar I received not including the flat plates amd mounting brackets and the clamps for mounting?

We have 4 models for sale, each of them is having different installation kit. So, please check the below photos and models to see whether correct parts are delivered to you. If you need any further help, please contact us through support@kemimoto.com and send some photos to show all the parts you received and all stickers on the package directly.

It turns on but does not connect to phone or anything.

Please scan the APP code on the user manual or the parameter label to download KEMIMOTO app for controlling. If you could not connect to APP, please further try with another phone or use other connection or playing modes to see whether they are working. I have power to the power cord but get nothing when plugged in.

Please ensure the input voltage to the soundbar be stable 12V and press the button I/O to the I mode for power supply to the soundbar usage.(I is powering on while O is powering off) And further check whether the DC in socket has any looseness which causes the malfunction. Could it be controlled through APP?

It allows panel buttons & APP & remote control, supporting Bluetooth connection & AUX in & USB playback; with AUX out port. The APP name is KEMIMOTO. An integrated FM radio adds extra listening options without requiring any separate equipment, giving you a powerful and immersive overhead sound system.

Was wondering if it auto powered on with my vehicle on, I want it to auto on with aux, or do I have to turn it on everytime?

It requires manual power-on through control panel button each time; however, it also has a remote control, and the control panel can be used to turn it on as well.

The volume knob fell off and broke during usage. What should be done?

Does Midnight 90 support party mode? How to connect it to another Midnight 60?

No. It does not support party mode. But you could connect to another Midnight 60 through the AUX port on the soundbar.

I have a golf cart with a lithium 36 volt battery and want to know what I need to buy to connect my sound bar to this power supply.

You need to add a 36V-to-12V voltage reducer to connect the sound bar to this power supply.

Which soundbar should I purchase if my vehicle is golf cart?
