While it's similar to the curves of the hood, there's still a gap at the bottom even with the rubber gasket.

Since I trailer my SXS down the highway, does the windshield need to come off before this?
Yes, you need to take the windshield off before the vehicle trailing on the highway to avoid causing damage on the windshield.

Yes, the windshield is of Hard Coated PC material.
