When playing music from a USB drive, can I set the soundbar to play randomly?

We are sorry that this function is not available at present.

I bought two soundbars, but when I use the remote control, I control both soundbars at the same time. What should I do?

We recommend using mobile phone control one soundbar and remote control to control another soundbar.

Does this sound bar automatically reconnect to paired device?

Yes, it can reconnect to a paired device automatically after having paired with our soundbar for usage before.

I bought two same speakers. What if I could output music from a mobile phone or MP3 player or other audio device with a 3.5mm interface to both speakers so that the 2 speakers can play music at the same time?

Method: Using an AUX Splitter
What You’ll Need:
A 3.5mm AUX splitter (also called a “1-to-2 audio splitter”).
Two 3.5mm AUX cables.
Your phone or MP3 player or other audio device (with a headphone jack or a suitable adapter).
Steps:
Connect the AUX splitter to your phone MP3 player or other audio device:
If the device has a headphone jack, plug the AUX splitter directly into it.
If it doesn’t have a headphone jack (e.g., newer iPhones or Android phones), use the appropriate adapter (e.g., USB-C to 3.5mm or Lightning to 3.5mm) to connect the splitter to your phone.
Connect the speakers to the splitter:
Use two AUX cables to connect each speaker to one of the two output ports on the splitter.
Plug the other ends of the AUX cables into the AUX IN ports on each speaker.
Set up the speakers:
Turn on both speakers and set them to AUX mode.
Play music:
Open your music app on your phone and start playing music. Both speakers should now output the same audio simultaneously.

Is there any way to turn off the RGB lights so they will stay off after turning the soundbar off then on? I found how to use the remote to shut them off, but they always turn back on when I power down then back on the soundbar.

You could use the remote control to turn the RGB lights off. But the soundbar does not have memory function when powered off, you still need to turn the lights off through remote control when you power down then back on the soundbar.

Could the soundbar be back to the former setting after being powered off and on again?

Could the soundbar be back to the former setting after being powered off and on again?

What are each button on the soundbar control panel for?

Please see the photo below.

Does the soundbar have aux in and out port?

Our soundbars could be controlled through panel buttons & remote controller, supporting Bluetooth connection & AUX in & USB playback. It does not have AUX out port.

I have to reset the equalizer (EQ) and lighting settings every time I turn the soundbar off and on again next time. Is there a way to save these settings?

Unfortunately, there is no memory function available for saving the settings when the soundbar is powered off. So once the soundbar is powered off and on again, you need to reset the setting.
