BZH0220-02-KEMIMOTO UTV Storage Bags Door Bag & Center Storage

Is there supposed to be two with this, or only one side?

This set includes a center bag and two door bags (left and right). You can directly have multiple storage spaces, saving the time of selecting them separately.
