Battery could not be charged.
1. Try switching between the home adapter and the cigarette lighter adapter to check if both methods fail to charge;
2. If one charging method is not working, please contact us for help.
3. Check if the fuse on the water heater is burnt out; replace it with a new one (specification 250V 10A). The fuse is located at the cross slot on the left side of the water heater charging port and can be detached with a cross screwdriver.
If it still fails to charge after trying the above, please contact us for help.
The water heater cannot ignite.
1.Check if the water heater could be powered on normally.
2. If the heater could not be powered on, check whether the battery wire is disconnected, you could detach the battery cover to reinstall the wire to see whether it works normally. If it still could not be powered on, please connect the power cable and see if the battery is too low, recharge the battery for usage.
3. If the heater could be turned on but the water pump is not rotating which causes the failure of ignition, check if the pump power cord is disconnected, plug the cord into the “Pump” DC output port on the heater. If the water pump still could not work, please contact us for help.
4.If the water pump could work normally, but the water heater could not ignite(there is no crackling discharge sound), please check the following:
①Check if the water pump is submerged into the water.
②Check if the shower switch is turned on, whether water is flowing normally and the water flow is large.
③If the water heater has a normal ignition sound, but cannot ignite normally, please check whether the propane cylinder is empty (insufficient gas pressure), frosted, or not connected tightly. If the above situation occurs, please replace another propane cylinder and try again, and check whether the gas valve is tightly connected to the propane cylinder and the water heater. (Outdoors, you can use a thin and hard object to poke the spring core in the middle of the valve to confirm whether the connection between the propane cylinder and the valve is normal, please keep the gas air outlet side far away from your face). If the gas type of the gas cylinder is proper and the connection is in place, but the spring core is still unable to discharge gas after being compressed, we will resend new valve part. If the valve is confirmed to be of no issue, but the water heater still cannot ignite normally, please contact us for help.
④Check if the fuse is defective. Please replace with a new fuse.
If the failure still exists after troubleshooting, please contact us for help.
Water leakage issue.
1.Check if the sleeved-connectors of the pump were not locked into place, then follow the user manual to reconnect the connectors.
If there is water leakage from the bottom of the water heater, first check whether it is condensation water. Condensation water is the water droplets produced when the hot water vapor contacts the relatively cold surface of the machine when the machine is in use. The amount is relatively small and the water is small water drops.
If it is not condensation water, and there is a large area of leakage and water flows down, please contact us for help; if there is water leakage from the interface where the water pump connects to the water heater, tighten the black connector of the water pipe.
2.If the leakage is from the connector of the shower head, check if the sealing components are damaged. We will send replacement O-ring sealing component as solution.
No water source detected.
1.Check if the pump is in proper position, put the pump in the water.
2.Check if there is no water in the water tank/carrier, full water into the water tank/carrier.
3.Check if the pump inlet screen is clogged, clean the pump inlet screen according to user manual.
4.Check if the hose is twisted or kinked, straighten the hose.
5.Check if the shower switch is turned on and whether water flow is large and the water is coming out normally.
If the aboves steps are carried out but there is still no water source could be detected, please contact us for help.
No display.
1.Check if the battery wire is disconnected, please detach the battery cover and reinstall the wire.
2.Check if the fuse is defective, please refer to the user manual to replace it with new fuse for a try.
3.Check if the electronic circuit is defective.
4.Check if the battery is too low to power the heater for usage, recharge the battery for a try.
If the above does not help, please contact us for help.
Self on/off frequently.
1. Please use the product away from places with strong electromagnetic interference.
2. If this issue still occurs in a normal usage environment, please contact us for help.

Since the propane bottle is opaque and propane is colorless anyway, how can I tell how much propane is left in the bottle?
To determine how much propane is left in a propane tank, you can use the following methods:
1. Weight Measurement Method: The simplest and most common method is to use weighing. First, find or record the weight of the empty tank (often marked on the tank itself, sometimes referred to as “tare weight” or “T.W.”). Then, use a precise scale to weigh the current total weight of the propane tank. By subtracting the tare weight from the total weight, you can determine the amount of propane remaining in the tank.
2. Hot Water Method: You can pour a cup of hot water (not boiling) down one side of the propane tank, then feel the tank from top to bottom along the height. Because propane absorbs heat very quickly, the part of the tank containing liquid propane will cool down more than the gaseous part. You might feel a noticeable temperature difference, which roughly indicates the level of propane inside the tank.
3. Magnetic Level Indicator: There are magnetic level indicators available on the market specifically designed for checking propane levels. These small devices can be attached to the outside of the propane tank and show the liquid level based on temperature differences.
4. Sound Test: Tap the tank at different heights (especially around the middle) and listen for changes in sound. The liquid propane part will produce a duller sound, while the gaseous part will produce a clearer sound. This method requires some experience but can serve as an auxiliary means.
5. Electronic Level Gauge: Some advanced propane tanks or accessories come with electronic level gauges that use sensors to directly display the remaining propane level.
Each of these methods has its own advantages and disadvantages; you can choose the one that suits you best. If you frequently need to check the remaining propane, it may be worth investing in specialized tools like an electronic level gauge for more accurate and convenient measurements.
Can I use a 5lb propane tank without a regulator?
A large propane tank and isobutane canister require suitable connectors, which are commonly found in hardware stores and other places. 1 pound propane tank can be directly connected to devices and can heat hot water for approximately 30 mins
Is this product adaptable from using a 1lb propane bottle to the 20lb bottle?
The current pressure valve only works with 1-pound propane cylinders. If you want to use a 20-pound propane cylinder, you will need to purchase a separate pressure valve adapter for 20-pound propane cylinders. We do not currently offer this adapter.
