Can this mirror be placed with the pointed end facing inward and the wide end facing outward?

Yes,  this mirror can rotate 360°. See the below photo.

What is the diameter of these mirrors?

The length of mirror glass is about 5inch while the width is 3.1inch. Please see the below photo.

I would like to know the length of the arm that holds the mirror. And the mirror is chrome or blue in color?

The length from the center pin to the end of the arm is 14.3cm (from top to bottom). The mirror support arm surface treatment is anodized, not chrome. The mirror is a high-gloss mirror, not a blue color mirror.

Can these be mounted directly onto Hornet 1000 bar ends? What is the diameter without screws?

The collar has a diameter of 30 mm and can be adjusted to fit rims from 28 to 32 mm. Additionally, 4 nylon rings (2 x 1 mm and 2 mm thick each) are included for easy installation.
