Use our KEMIMOTO APP to scan your palm and quickly get the perfect size recommendation.
Scan the code to download APP and follow instruction steps below.

1.Click the icon to get into the Palm AR Measurement page if you would like to measure your hands to decide which size will fit you before placing orders on gloves.

2.Click "Start Measurement" .

3.Allow KEMIMOTO to access the camera, click "Allow".

4.Allow KEMIMOTO to take photos and record videos, click "Allow only while using the app".

5.Select your region and gender, and then click "Confirm".


6.Start measuring. (Please ensure good lighting and a simple background, hold the phone parallel to your palm, straighten your fingers and keep your palm open.) Suggest measuring both hands for getting proper size result.

7.The size recommendation result will be shown after measuring your hands. Recommend you to choose a bigger size if you have longer fingers or thick palms. If any confusion about the size or the size purchased could not fit well, contact us through order page or support@kemimoto.com before your return.

8.The APP will keep a record of your last measurement result.

Quality Issues
The product I purchased was broken. What should I do?
Step 1: Send photos of the damaged part to [support@kemimoto.com].
Step 2: We will assess whether it affects functionality and then propose a solution to you.

Are the heating elements in the fingers or elsewhere in the glove?
Please note that the heating elements are wrapped around the fingers, but the back of the hand in heated gloves is not heated. See the below photo.

Do these come with a wall charger or usb?
No, the gloves do not include wall charger. It comes with batteries and the type C charging cables.

Is it normal for the red light to flash and not stay on?
It is normal for the red light to flash. The red light will turn off automatically latter if there is no button operation on the gloves after heating setting settled.
What is the warmth level of these gloves?
Here are the warmth levels of each type of gloves we have. You could refer to the SKU for checking the info.

How long will it take to heat up to the setting mode?
It will take about 10min to heat up to the setting mode.
Why is there not much warmth?
To better judge the issue, please check the following:
① Please confirm the batteries are fully charged before usage.
② What is the usage environment temperature?
③ Please choose the highest model and preheat them for at least 10 mins and see whether the warmth still does not meet your requirement.
Why is the heating time not in accordance with the description?
Normally at 25 ℃, the gloves could be used for 3-4 hours in the highest model. Please confirm the batteries are fully charged before usage. And the heating time may be affected by the usage enviroment.
Why the usage hours of the 2 batteries are not the same?
Please confirm the batteries are fully charged before usage.
We suggest you charge the 2 batteries at the same time and after being fully charged, please test the usage of the 2 batteries and how long they will last respectively..
Why will the gloves turn off automatically even if the batteries are having power?
Please kindly know that the auto heating model switching is a normal phenomenon if the gloves are under high level for a long time, which is a kind of heating protection to avoid being hurt by high heat.
If the gloves turn off automatically, please further check the following.
1. Check whether the batteries could be fully charged.
2. Check whether the batteries are connected properly to the gloves.
3. Check if the operation of setting heating mode is in accordance with the instruction steps.
A video to show the issue will be of help to our trouble-shooting.
F1109-08012: It's says these gloves come with a charger but I do not see one pictured, only cables. Do they come with a charger?
No, these gloves do not come with power adapter, so you need to purchase power adapter by yourself. There are cables included, which could be used for connection to power adapter that has type-C port. The type-C port on the battery is for power input.

Is it true that they reach those temperatures?
Since everyone perceives temperature differently, please note that actual temperatures may vary slightly depending on external factors, such as weather conditions and battery life. Under normal environment conditions, the temperature could be reached according to each heating level you choose.
How to display a fully charged battery?
When the battery is charging, the four indicator lights on the battery will flash in sequence; when the battery is fully charged, all four lights will light up solid white.

How many mA do the batteries each have?
Each battery has a capacity of 2500 mAh.

Does it heat just the palm and/or the back of the hand, or the fingers as well?
Heated gloves warm the palm and the back of the hand, and the heating area on the back of the hand also extends warmth to the fingers.
Fully charge the batteries and choose the most powerful model to preheat for 10 minutes, then choose a more comfortable model to enjoy the warmth of the gloves.
Dose it cone with a cable to connect to the battery so if the batteries run out you can connect it to the bike/battery?
This heated glove comes with the Type-C charging cable. If the batteries run out, you can connect then to the battery, power bank or device that has type-C output port.
Is the battery of 3000 or 2500 mAh?
The battery is 3000 mAh.

What is the function of Smart Mode?
Smart mode function: double press the power button, the indicator light will flash, and the gloves can sense the ambient temperature and automatically adjust the heating level autimatically.
Is there any way to turn just the LED light off and still keep the heat on?
No, the indicator LED lighting could not be turned off while still keep heating.
