Please uninstall the APP, then re-scan and download the APP and follow the notification steps in the APP to upgrade the APP directly. The upgrade operation for Android is the same as that for iOS.

First, please confirm whether you download the APP normally and whether the mobile phone Bluetooth function is turned on. If the app and mobile phone Bluetooth are working properly, you can try to restart the APP and reset the connection with the socks. If none of them work, please send a video to show your operation and item issue directly.

Please check whether it is exposed to external heat source or impacted during usage. Please send photos to show the battery issue and the details of specifications of power adapter used to charge the battery.

Are the batteries of Left and Right side?

1.The socks are of left and right side, please use the battery(L & R) with the corresponding side.
2.You could adjust the heating level directly through the button on the battery pack. Also, you could use the APP control as you like.

Why are the socks so tight?

Here are a few suggestions that might help enhance your experience with the socks:
① Initial Wear: Sometimes, new socks need a few wears to slightly conform to your foot shape. You might find them more comfortable after a short break-in period.
② Proper Sizing: Please ensure that you have chosen the suitable size based on our sizing guide.
③Adjusting Usage: If the snugness persists and makes you uncomfortable, consider wearing thinner liners or giving your feet periodic breaks during extended use.

How to adjust the heating levels through battery pack?

You could adjust the heating level directly through the button on the battery pack. Also, you could use the APP control as you like.

Is the whole foot area heating?

Not the whole foot. These heated socks are heated on the forefoot and might transfer a little warmth to your toes.

What are the shoe sizes for S or L?

The recommended shoe size for S is 36-40.
The recommended shoe size for L is 41-45.

Can it be connected directly to a USB socket?

We do not recommend this method. There is charging cable included, so you could charge the batteries through the charging cable to a power adapter that has USB output port.

How can I remove the cable before washing it in the washing machine?

The cable on the heated socks could not be removed. Please just take out the battery, put the socks in a laundry bag before machine washing.
