Why is the control button flashing and could not select the heating mode?
Please check whether the battery is connected properly and send a video to show the issue directly.

Is the jacket machine washable?
Before washing the heated jacket, please remove the battery first and then hand wash the heated jacket or place it in a laundry bag before washing it in the washing machine.
Does the jacket have a back protector?
We would like to inform you that this jacket includes shoulder and elbow protectors, but does not have a back protector.

What form of drying to use for this?
It is recommended that you just let it dry naturally.
Should not put it in the dryer.

Does the bottom hem have a draw string?
It does not have a hem drawcord.
What charger do I need for this product? It came with a cable but not a charger.
The hoodie already comes with a battery that has type C and DC 12V output port for usage. And the included type C cable is used for charging the battery through power adapter that has has type-C output port.
