1.Does this fit a 36V all-electric Precedent golf cart?
This product is only compatible with 12V voltage. If you wish to use it with a 36V system, you will need to use a voltage reducer.
2.The light is not working, what should I do?
Please confirm the voltage being used to ensure it matches the product’s requirements.
Check whether all lights are not working or if only specific ones are malfunctioning.
We recommend providing a video of the issue to help us better understand the situation.
If possible, test the light by connecting it to a power source directly to see if it works.
Verify that the wiring is connected correctly, and ensure the switch and harness connections are properly installed. If the wires have power output, but the lights are not on, then there is issue with the lights, if not, then the issue will be with control box or the switch.

3.The turn signal keeps flashing after connecting.
When the small switch of the product is turned on, it will be the warning mode. Please try turning off the little switch and try again. If it still doesn’t work normally, please take a video of the problem and contact us for help.
4.How do I install the product on my gas-powered vehicle?
Our headlight kits are compatible with Club Car Precedent Gas and Electric models from 2004 to the latest. Please check the compatibility. Besides, the voltage of the golf light kits compatible with Club Car Precedent is 12V. If your golf cart operates on 48V or 36V, you may need to add a 48V-to-12V or 36V-to-12V voltage reducer to prevent the lights from burning out.
Notice: There is a purple harness on the turn switch, which must be connected to the blue harness on the main line before turning on the light. Otherwise, a short circuit will occur, causing the control box circuit board to burn out.
5.My vehicle is pre-wired for tail lights, but the kit does not provide a connection for the factory tail lights. How should I install it?
As the product is primarily designed to upgrade vehicles without lights to ones with lights, hence the product includes an independent wiring harness.
If your vehicle’s original wiring harness and the product’s light group wiring harness do not have matching connectors, they cannot be connected.
6.How to identify taillight connectors left or right using the Kimimoto turn signal kit. The tail lights are marked L an R but the connectors are not marked.
Please refer to Step 16 in the instructions, the taillight connector with the yellow wire is located on the passenger side.
7.Do the black and blue wires connect directly to the positive and negative terminals of the 12-volt vehicle?
Yes, black connects to the negative terminal and blue connects to the positive terminal.
8.I'm not sure how to activate the high beam low beam.
The headlights do not support the high beam low beam function.
9.Everything works except the horn?
Look on the horn and locate the small hole filled with grey silicone. Dig out the silicone and use a small screw driver to loosen the tension on the horn diaphragm. Adjust as desired and re-seal with silicone.
10.The headlights won't stay adjusted?
Make sure the adjustment screw is tight and if it will not stay tight you can add a star washer to help hold it in place.
11.Everything is connected and nothing is working?
Make sure you are getting at least a full 12 volts at the light kit and not over 16V. Unplug each light to make sure it is not a short in one of the lights. Check the inline fuse connected to the positive battery post to make sure it is not blown.
12.What to do with the black wire at the brake pad connection?
The black wire is not used.
13.Everything on the light kit works except for the headlights and tail lights?
Make sure the purple wire is connected to the BLUE wire coming from the main light harness or on the Precedent the purple wire is connected to the BROWN wire (see step 7 on the user manual).
