The function of the remote control.
I bought two same speakers. What if I could output music from a mobile phone or MP3 player or other audio device with a 3.5mm interface to both speakers so that the 2 speakers can play music at the same time?
Method: Using an AUX Splitter
What You’ll Need:
A 3.5mm AUX splitter (also called a “1-to-2 audio splitter”).
Two 3.5mm AUX cables.
Your phone or MP3 player or other audio device (with a headphone jack or a suitable adapter).
Steps:
Connect the AUX splitter to your phone MP3 player or other audio device:
If the device has a headphone jack, plug the AUX splitter directly into it.
If it doesn’t have a headphone jack (e.g., newer iPhones or Android phones), use the appropriate adapter (e.g., USB-C to 3.5mm or Lightning to 3.5mm) to connect the splitter to your phone.
Connect the speakers to the splitter:
Use two AUX cables to connect each speaker to one of the two output ports on the splitter.
Plug the other ends of the AUX cables into the AUX IN ports on each speaker.
Set up the speakers:
Turn on both speakers and set them to AUX mode.
Play music:
Open your music app on your phone and start playing music. Both speakers should now output the same audio simultaneously.
The remote control could not work normally.
Please check whether the battery inside the remote control is installed in place or replace with new battery for a try. Do detach the protective plastic film inside the remote control before usage. And let the remote control face the button panel on the soundbar when you press the buttons on remote control.
Can't hear any bass at all.
Please press the EQ button on the remote control to adjust the sound effect and mode directly. The bass effect will be different under different mode.
Does the soundbar have aux in and out port?
Our soundbars could be controlled through panel buttons & APP & remote controller, supporting Bluetooth connection & AUX in & USB playback. It does not have AUX out port.
What are each button on the soundbar control panel for?

I have to reset the settings every time I turn the soundbar off and on again next time. Is there a way to save these settings?
Unfortunately, there is no memory function available for saving the settings when the soundbar is powered off. So once the soundbar is powered off and on again, you need to reset the setting.
Can the brackets be mounted on the bottom of the speaker? What the difference in all 28 inch speaker models?
The soundbar brackets could only on mounted on the top of the soundbar.
And this 28inch soundbar has four 4” subwoofers and two 1” Soft Dome Tweeters.
It supports the Aux-in and USB Jack allow you to connect to an external device such as an MP3 or Smartphone so you can enjoy music through your system. You could control the soundbar buttons, remote control and BT.
Can this be synced with another pair of speakers?
Please know that our speaker has AUX IN port only. It cannot synchronize with another pair of speakers.
Does unit have a built in rechargeable battery or does it have to run off lighter all the time?
The unit does not have a built-in rechargeable battery and needs to be connected to the vehicle or battery for power at all times during operation.
